The WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Worst EVER customer service. Lyers !!!! Have no idea how to work with people. Told us that everything is in stock in our order but in 1 day said that items are missing becouse someone took it to other customer in another store!!!

I purchase this sofa 3 weeks ago.. When the sofa arrived home looks fine so we sign a paper. When I try to move the sofa I could not. There was a missing leg, another one was broken, a pice of wood was broken....

It Really Is Different

This really is a different kind of furniture store. Their Carlo Perazzi collection is a real work of art. They have live music on the weekends. Their sales associates also make you feel part of the family....
